Try Before You Accept

Every order includes a free sample of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Before accepting your order from the delivery representative, you are welcome to:

• Open and taste the complimentary sample.
• Check the aroma and quality of the olive oil.
• Decide whether you would like to accept or refuse the order.

If you are not completely satisfied with the sample, you may refuse the order before accepting delivery, and no payment will be required.

Returns & Refunds

Because olive oil is a food product, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been accepted and the product has been opened.

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

• Damaged during shipping,
• Defective,
• Leaking,
• Or you receive the wrong item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we will gladly replace the affected item at no additional cost.
