We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor differences in packaging or appearance may occur and do not affect product quality.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Try Before You Accept

Every order includes a complimentary sample of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Before accepting your order, you may open and taste the sample. If you are not satisfied, you may refuse the order before accepting delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After reviewing your request, we will replace the affected product at no additional cost.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Al-Arishy and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Al-Arishy shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, except where required by applicable law.
